Mars packing machinery can offer a full range of water bottling line solutions with different production capacity as following: Minimum capacity(Small factory/Start-up): 2,000BPH. This small automatic bottling line is cost-effective and perfect for local distribution or pilot production. Standard capacity(Medium scale): 4,000-10,000BPH. This is our hot-selling model with a balance of price and efficiency. Maximum capacity(High speed/Industrial):15,000-36,000BPH. Our high-speed fully automatic production line features integrated rinsing filling capping and labeling for large manufacturers. Note: The production speed all are based on 500ml PET bottles. Q2 Does your water bottling line include the water purification system, or is that sold separately? |
our standard water bottling line does not include water purification system, but we can supply whole in solution which including it upon customer request. you can choose the purification stage (sand filter, carbon filter, RO membrane, or full system) separately or together with the filling line. This flexibility helps you optimize your budget and space. |

Q3 What bottle sizes and shapes can this line handle — does it support both small 250ml bottles and large 5-gallon barrels? |
We specialize in customized solutions for various bottle sizes . While a single standard line usually doesn't mix 250ml and 5-gallon specs due to capping and rinsing differences, we supply the right machine for each: For Small to Medium Bottles (200ml - 2L):
For Middle Bottle size: 3-10L disposable PET bottles is also in our product range. We can provide machine with speed from 400BPH to 3000BPH basis on 5L bottle size.

Below is the standard timeline for delivery, on-site installation, and commissioning. 1. Delivery Time (Production & Shipping) The total delivery time consists of manufacturing and sea freight. The normal PET water filling lines manufacturing and assembly phase typically takes 30–45 days.
Custom-built high-speed lines or those requiring specific voltage (3 phase 220V/60HZ) or materials (Stainless Steel 316L) may take 60 days or longer.
Sea Freight & Customs: 20 to 40 days (depending on destination). Shipping from major Chinese ports (Ningbo/Shanghai) to Africa or the Middle East takes approximately 3-5 weeks. Shipping to South America or Europe is similar.
Urgent Orders:We also can provide fast delivery (within 1-2 weeks) for specific machinery, but full production lines generally require the standard lead time for factory acceptance testing. 2. On-Site Installation & Commissioning Time Once the machinery arrives at your factory, the timeline depends on your site preparation and the complexity of the automation. Total On-Site Time: 2 to 6 weeks (Typically 20 to 45 days).
Standard Setup (1-3 weeks): For a mid-capacity line (2000 BPH to 18000 BPH) with good site preparation (concrete foundations, power, and water pretreatment ready), installation and mechanical hook-up takes about 1-2 weeks.
Rapid Example: For a high-speed 36,000 BPH line, a professional team completed installation in just 20 days by working efficiently in shifts . 3. What Affects the Timeline? Site Preparation: If civil work and utilities (compressed air, chilled water and electricity) are not ready, delays will occur. It will save time make these things ready before engineer arrive.
Customization: Fully customized "turnkey" solutions (integrating blow molding, filling, capping, and labeling) take longer to test before shipping than standard combo units. |
